Love the screen and overall upgrade, but...

Pros:
12.3 display is SO MUCH better than my factory 8" display
Installation was fairly straight fwd and for the most part, plug and play
Android/Apple car integration is phenomenal

Cons:
The biggest point here is that the hands free is not 100% integrated with the car. The description fails to mention this and is resolved by a small external speaker. Buyer we aware.
Operation is fairly straight forward and does a great job integrating with native system, but has minor glitches that may or may not bother you.

Hoping there is a software update service that we can continue having acces to as the software (maybe) gets further improvements. in my case, the pros outweigh the cons so giving it 3.5-4 stars
