Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, not installed, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at tech@4x4shop.ca. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Tech Support Department.
Once your return is approved, we will provide an RMA number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval or without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
Please note that returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee or more, along with the cost of shipping, for items that have been:
- Installed.
- Abused, misused, or damaged.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To ensure a smooth exchange process:
- Return the item you currently have, following our return policy.
- Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
