OVERVIEW

This website is operated by 4x4shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 4x4shop. 4x4shop offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SHIPPING & IMPORT FEES

 

  • Important Notice for U.S. Customers
    Due to recent tariff regulations imposed by the U.S. government, shipments to the United States may be subject to additional import/customs fees ranging from $20 to $100 USD, depending on the courier and order value.

    These charges are not included in your shipping cost at checkout and are collected directly by the courier on behalf of U.S. Customs.
    4x4 Shop Canada does not control or profit from these fees.

    • Please note that import/customs duties, taxes, and regulations are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are non-refundable.

      We encourage all customers to review their local import policies prior to ordering. If you have any questions, our support team is happy to assist.

      We are pleased to share that most of our orders are now shipped from our main warehouse in Markham, Ontario, Canada, We also operate a secondary warehouse in Hong Kong, and depending on stock availability, some orders may still be fulfilled from there.

WARRANTY POLICY

All standard units sold by 4x4 Shop Canada come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, accidents, or external factors (such as power surges).

  • Final Sale items (including Android Tesla-style screens, ambient lights, steering wheels and all carbon fiber accessories) are excluded from this warranty and are not eligible for return or repair under warranty.

  • Any damage caused by rooting the Android software, performing unauthorized firmware updates, or tampering with system files will void the warranty.

If you require warranty support, please contact our tech team at tech@4x4shop.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos if applicable.


RETURNS & RESTOCKING FEES

  • Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

  • Customers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any items.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • The following items are FINAL SALE and returns are not accepted:

    • Android Tesla-style screens

    • Ambient lights

    • All Carbon fiber accessories

    • Steering Wheels

FORCE MAJEURE

4x4 Shop Canada shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, shipping restrictions, government regulations, pandemics, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes related to purchases, services, or policies shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Customers agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
