I am super excited with my new infotainment system that I purchased 2 weeks ago from 4X4Shop.Ca for my 2015 Audi A3. I actually received the order 3 days sooner than original delivery date. When package was received it was well packaged with all accessories and harnesses that were supposed to be in box. Everything was new and there was nothing missing.
The following day I took my old pop up screen, removed my glove box and removed the main radio to start the connections. The instructions could be a little bit better but to be honest everything is plug and play and easy to get the unit working. After plugging everything up I did a quick test to make sure I had everything correct. The screen came on but I could not get any audio or functions to work.
I called 4X4Shop.Ca tech support number and try to get assistance. To be honest I wasn’t expecting anyone to pick up and I that I had to leave a message. Boom, I was wrong, one of their tech guys answered the phone and we spoke about the issue I was having. He asked me to show him the harness connections and he noticed one of their harness was not connected all the way in properly and wasn’t making the proper connection. The tech guy, I wish I had gotten his name, told me to unplug the harnesses and to plug them back and to make sure all connectors were all the way in. He Asked me to turn car on and to wait. The screen turned on and this time everything was working as it’s supposed to be. The tech guy did a quick system check to make sure everything is working properly. The check was complete and let me say that this unit is freaking clear and sounds even better than the OEM. I thanked the tech guy a lot of times and told him how much I appreciated him. After putting everything back together i made sure everything was working well and I am super freaking happy with the way the system sounds, the screens clarity, works super fast with no lagging, easy to play with.
I can’t you how satisfied I am with buying this system from 4X4Shop.Ca. And I will for sure do business with them in the future due to the way everything went well, from receiving the unit ahead of delivery date, the quality of the system, the quick response to my email from Felicia in the sales department, and how the tech guy (sorry for not knowing his name) quickly helped me out and I didn’t need to wait for emails or phone calls DAYS later. Honestly, I can’t and don't have any complaints or any negative things to say about 4X4Shop.Ca and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their cars set up with systems and other items they sell.

I wish I had not gone to the other company (WWW.Seicane.Com) and chose 4X4Shop.Ca. My experience with seicane was the worst ever and I don’t know how they’re doing business. I purchased an infotainment system and after 3 1/2 weeks waiting the system did not work and they refused to exchange the system and /or give me a refund. I paid $389.97 plus and additional $90.00 for express delivery. The radio is in the trash barrel where it actually belong. Stay away from seicane or you’ll end up like me losing your money ($470.00) .
